AssureDeck Review Pack helps B2B AI vendors prepare reusable evidence for AI-specific enterprise security reviews.

AssureDeck is operated by ԱՅԳԵՅՄԻՆԳ ԹԻՄ ՍՊԸ, an Armenian limited liability company registered under number 999.110.1590480.

Information We Expect To Collect

• Business contact information such as name, work email, company, role, website, and communication history.
• Sales and pilot context such as fit-call notes, review trigger, procurement details, and requested next steps.
• Customer-provided pilot materials such as questionnaires, model/provider lists, architecture notes, security documents, screenshots, logs, and evidence samples.
• Billing information such as legal entity name, billing email, invoice status, and payment status.
• Basic website logs and analytics only if enabled and disclosed before collection.

How Information Is Used

• Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether AssureDeck is a fit.
• Schedule calls, prepare proposals, order forms, invoices, and kickoff materials.
• Deliver paid pilots and prepare AI security evidence packs.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, debug website issues, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, and contractual obligations.

AI-Assisted Delivery

AssureDeck may use AI-assisted tools to organize, draft, classify, or review materials. Sensitive customer materials, customer end-user data, secrets, credentials, or regulated production data should not be submitted to an AI provider unless the customer approves that use and appropriate safeguards are agreed.

Sharing, Transfers, and Retention

Information may be shared with approved service providers such as email, calendar, hosting, storage, payment, accounting, legal, and customer-approved AI providers. AssureDeck does not intend to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising during validation.

AssureDeck operates from Armenia and may work with customers and providers in other countries. Transfer, retention, and deletion terms for sensitive materials will be agreed in a DPA or order form before those materials are exchanged.

Rights and Contact

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or complaint to a data protection authority.
