These terms govern the AssureDeck validation site. A signed order form or other written agreement will govern each paid pilot.
AssureDeck Review Pack helps B2B AI vendors prepare reusable evidence for AI-specific enterprise security reviews involving AI features, AI agents, MCP servers, RAG systems, copilots, tool-calling workflows, or autonomous actions.
AssureDeck is operated by ԱՅԳԵՅՄԻՆԳ ԹԻՄ ՍՊԸ, an Armenian limited liability company registered under number 999.110.1590480.
Anything outside the written scope requires a separate written agreement or scope change.
Lite: USD 2,500. Standard: USD 5,000. Deal Desk Sprint: USD 10,000.
The website does not take payment or create a purchase commitment. Work starts only under an accepted order form or other written agreement stating scope, price, payment terms, and delivery terms.
Customer is responsible for providing accurate materials, reviewing draft answers for factual accuracy, deciding what can be shared externally, obtaining legal/security approval, implementing remediation, and making final customer-facing claims.
Customer keeps ownership of its materials. AssureDeck will use those materials only to evaluate fit, prepare proposals, and deliver the agreed pilot. Sensitive materials should not be exchanged before an NDA, DPA, or other required terms are in place.
The validation site and its sample materials are provided as available and may change or be withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and sample materials.
